INPROAVAL & ASOCIADOS SRL is a consulting firm with legal presence in several countries, established with the support of associate collaborators of international multidisciplinary professionals, dedicated to Financial Consulting, Fixed Assets Auditing and Industrial Appraisals. With outstanding positions through direct and personalized attention, in the area of Financial Engineering, Valuation of all kinds, Business Plans and Consulting in different professional fields related to the Technical Audit Areas, with professionals with more than 30 years of experience. Inproaval & Asociados was born in Venezuela in 1985, by its founder, Ing. Omar Rodríguez Izquierdo, who began by studying property and machinery valuation at the Central University of Venezuela and later entered the SOCIEDAD DE TASADORES DE VENEZUELA (SOTAVE) in the year 1985, which became in 1992 the SOCIEDAD DE ENGENIERÍA DE APPRACIÓN DE VENEZUELA (SOITAVE). From this moment on, he begins to take professional improvement courses in different areas of Valuation, including Valuation of Companies in Progress and postgraduate in Business Administration with a mention in Finance. Inproaval in 1989 began to work strongly with the Small and Medium Industry in Venezuela, covering most of Venezuela with branches. In 1992, internationalization began through participation in a business tour of Central America where agreements were made with firms from Guatemala, El Salvador and Costa Rica. That same year a representative office was set up in Bogotá. Likewise, the incorporation into INPROAVAL of high-level professionals with Postgraduate studies at different universities around the world begins, and in 1995 multinational companies began to be attended to. Inproaval & Asociados was born in the Dominican Republic in 2014, despite the fact that Inproaval de Venezuela had participated in the Dominican Republic, in Valuations of magnitude in international tenders organized by the World Bank for the Process of Capitalization of State Companies in 1998 and that lasted approximately until 2002, making the majority of them. As of 2015 Inproaval & Asociados SRL from the Dominican Republic begins to be the main headquarters in Latin America with a consulting activity to national (Dominican) and international companies, with magnitude appraisals in different industrial areas, including the Chemical areas, Petrochemical and Energy, always with the application of International Valuation Standards (IVS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). State-of-the-art technology is presented in the field of Valuations of all kinds, through permanent updating, participation in international events, both as listeners and speakers, where they have exposed improvements to Methodologies or Approaches in the fields of Machinery Valuations, Depreciation Models and Valuation of Intangibles as Trademarks, we are also instructors in related courses in different countries of Latin America and Canada. In the month of December 2019, we obtained the International Certification ISO / IEC 17024 for Appraisers, within the quality policies and axes that ISO manages such as: Transparency, Impartiality and Equity, in the areas of Urban Properties, Machinery and Equipment, Rural Assets and Special Properties. Another characteristic of INPROAVAL & ASOCIADOS is that thanks to the professionals who have participated for years (most of them spend more than 10 years and up to 35 years) in the developed Projects, they have achieved the necessary expertise in Project Management of magnitude, achieving the efficiency in the execution times (almost always lower than the averages) and yields, with low rework thanks to the quality controls, the selection, training and management of the personnel, achieving the transfer of knowledge and experiences. Thanks to internationalization, it has allowed the incorporation of professionals from different countries and sectors to the INPROAVAL team, which has managed to increase international performance and have high-level advisers for complex cases. Currently we have associate personnel in most countries in Latin America and Canada, allowing a capacity to provide the service and knowledge of the different countries.
